Hi! My name is Kiley Waltz and I am a Field Marketing Specialist for Coldwell Banker Realty. I support residential agents in a variety of offices across the Mid-Atlantic, and commercial agents across the entire Southeast region!

I am a proud graduate of Towson University's Business Administration - Legal Studies program. After graduation, I worked in the recruiting industry for two and a half years before joining Coldwell Banker Realty as the Sales Support Administrator for the White Marsh office in February 2021. I joined the Field Marketing team in March 2022 where I can further assist agents in working more efficiently, selling more homes, and making more money. There really is a lot of power behind the Coldwell Banker Realty brand and I look forward to sharing it with all of you!

When I'm not teaching agents about our incredible tools and platforms, you'll find me exploring the area with friends and family, camping and hiking, reading bestsellers, and baking tasty treats.

Giving back to the community is of incredible importance to me.
